  • My parents have both been on service with Quality. With three levels of care (home health, palliative, hospice), they have been able to meet their needs. As hard as it is, people decline as they get older, it has been nice to have the same, wonderful nurse, Tamara follow them from one level of care, to the next. She, and the rest of the team have become family. The high quality of care is consistent across all disciplines. The CNA, the nurse, the chaplains and social workers, and the MD’s and NP’s. New administration took over, and the employees are happy, and long term, and it shows. There is not one other company I would trust to care for my parents. They are there for us day and night. Going above and beyond. Money is not the bottom line, and even on hospice, physical therapy, treatment of infections, and emotional support is provided to my parents, as well as their family. The name of the company says it all. They ensure Quality of life is a top priority, from start to finish.

  • Quality hospice was there for my mother and I when we needed them most. They treated her with dignity and kindness and helped to usher her into the afterlife. I am forever grateful for the team and the comfort that they provided in such a time of pain and sadness. Monique helped my mother to feel at peace to leave this physical plane and Clover helped to comfort me during the rollercoaster of emotions. Eternally grateful for all that they did and how quickly their acting time was whenever we needed them or some equipment for care.

  • Such a great company. I helped with an admission with Quality Hospice at an assisted living facility. The nurses are very professional and kind. They feel very genuine. They have soo many resources. There nurses ask for there schedule and are very flexible. Highly recommend using this company for your family whether it’s Palitive, Home health & Hospice care.

  • I discovered Quality Home Health and Hospice after doing some research into local providers for my Grandmother, Ruby. Quality Home Health and Hospice went above and beyond in support of my Grandma throughout her grueling health battle with Parkinson’s.   • Quality is currently taking care of my Dad on hospice. It has been a wonderful experience. They listen, they care, and they understand that sometimes families bond with staff more than others, and they have been willing to tailor my families needs during this difficult time. Tam, the RN case manager, has been a significant help with our family and our loved one who is on hospice. They have someone who comes and plays the Harp, which brings such a soft ambience to our home. We have dearly appreciated Quality and I most value the fact I feel like our family is being listened to. If you or a loved one is needing home or hospice care, I highly recommend Quality and I give you my personal recommendation for this company.

  • John’s care with Quality was spot on. All members of the hospice team were professional, knowledgeable, respectful and responsive to John and our small family. A very special note regarding your chaplain, Monique. She far exceeded any of our expectations. Her eulogy at the memorial was outstanding. About sixty-five attended and our family received dozens of comments about Monique and her heartfelt, intelligent message. It moved everyone!

  • It was a shock to discover my father had pancreatic cancer that had metastasized to his liver, spleen, and lung. He lived two more weeks. Those were difficult days full of shock and uncertainty. Quality Hospice stepped right in and made his last days comfortable. At the same time, they helped us transition through the news to my father's death. They were all so kind. The response time was immediate. Even as his condition changed daily, they responded daily from changing his med to order equipment that was delivered the same day. We are forever grateful for all they did, especially Katie, McKenzie, Alexis, and Russ.

  • The way Quality Home Health and Hospice was first explained to us, was one of the most important steps in our placing our wonderful mother in their care. Quality was described as quality of life and not end of life. We were so afraid of thinking of "end" of life, that we weren't looking forward the conversation with her physician. Once we met the team from Quality, we were so impressed, that we felt comfortable from the first day. That led to the next three years, where Alexis, Julie, Ruth, Sally and Mike became like family. They are incredible at what they do, the concern, the compassion and the love that they show is beyond what one would expect.
