The Grief Process

How Can We Help You in Your Grief?

Support and guidance for the months following the death of your loved one.

Grief is a deeply personal journey. While each person’s experience is unique, many people find that certain moments during the first year after the death of someone important in their life bring new emotions, questions, or reflections.

You do not have to walk through grief alone. Support is always available if you would like someone to talk with.

Reaching out for support is always welcome. You are not interrupting or burdening us by contacting our team.

If at any time you would like to speak with someone, please contact our Quality Home Health, Hospice, and Palliative Care office at (801) 747-0330.

You are always welcome to reach out, even if it has been some time since we last connected.

The reflections below are simply offered as gentle support as you move through the months following the death of someone important in your life.

Every relationship is unique, and grief may look different depending on the person you lost and the bond you shared.

Some losses feel especially complex or profound, such as the death of a child, a partner, or someone whose role in your life was deeply personal. Whatever your loss, your grief deserves care and compassion.
